Owners, Divisional Managers, and Sales Coordinators should attend Becoming a World Class Retail Organization through Structural Sales Part 1: Developing & Managing the Sales Process to learn how to develop and manage their company’s sales process while becoming world-class retailers (this is a 2 day class)

Attendees will learn how to increase their sales of high efficiency equipment and accessories while improving their overall company profitability through a structured sales process.
Attendees will develop the skills to become world-class retailers who will be able to communicate the value of their company and equipment brands, raise their average sale, and position their company for a referral.
All aspects of lead generation and lead management will be discussed as well as the role of the Sales Coordinator.

DATE: Thursday, September 20 & Friday, September 21, 2018

Day 1: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (registration open at 8:00 AM)
Day 2: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

CERTIFICATION: Two(2) day/16 hrs of Factory Hours

COST : $780 per person; includes continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments

CANCELLATION: If you register for a class and cannot attend, please make sure you e-mail marketing@airefco.com to avoid a cancellation fee. Dealerships will be charged according to the cancellation schedule listed below for individuals who do not cancel.
• > 15 days prior to scheduled class = Full tuition refund
• 5-14 days prior to scheduled class = 50% of Full tuition refund
• < 5 day prior to scheduled class = No refund
* If we are able to fill your spot with another student, you will not be billed for cancellations.
