Information	Description: This is a LIVE ONLINE COURSE that consists of 2 virtual sessions, presented online by BDR. Labor Management: Retail-Focus teaches dealers the opportunity cost of a lost labor hour, as well as how to leverage their existing crews into the most productive and efficient revenue-generating team possible. Dealers will learn to leverage their existing installation crews to maximize profit through labor-saving techniques. After completing this course, dealers will have the knowledge they need to become the chosen company to work for in town, retain their current team, and attract the best installers as employees. This class has been rebuilt for today’s retail environment. Attendees will learn the “soft skills” that will help them ensure satisfied customers and generate valuable referral leads as they complete high-quality installations. Areas of emphasis include: Learn the human factor when managing revenue producers Develop hiring and communication performance processes Learn how to manage labor by putting in place processes and procedures Develop management processes by segment (Res. New, Res. Retro., Commercial, Service) Implement a process to reduce labor, overhead dollars, percentages and RAISE profit dollars Learn how to train a new installer and make them productive This course includes BDR’s 80+ tools, templates, and spreadsheets so that you can continue the profit building flow of ideas into the future. DATE: Thursday, April 22nd & Friday, April, 23rd, 2021 (2 Days – must attend both days to receive credit) TIME: Day 1 & Day 2: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Class starts promptly at 7:30 AM) LOCATION: This is a LIVE ONLINE class and attendance is required for both days in order to receive credit for the class. At least 1 day prior to the event students will be provided a link with instructions for attending the live online session. CERTIFICATION: 16 hours of FAD Factory Credit and 16 hours of NATE credit. COST: $580 WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Owners & Managers CLASS MIN: There needs to be a minimum of 25 students enrolled in order to hold the class. Class is subject to cancellation and can open to other distributors in order to fill the class. MATERIALS: BDR will be sending all class materials electronically to the email the student provided in their registration. Please register by April 8, 2021 to ensure you receive your materials on time.
