Build to Sell, Build to Keep: Building a Company with Great Value: is a two-day class that will give dealers the tools and information to build value in their current company while preparing for a potential future sale.

  • Dealers will learn how to build value in their company by improving net profit, building a corporate structure that frees up the owner, and implementing a diversification strategy that includes offering high efficiency equipment and accessories.
  • Attendees will complete a detailed analysis of their current company and build a plan to maximize their strengths and improve their weaknesses
  • The pros and cons of different types of buyers will be discussed as well how to prepare a potential buyer to success
  • Dealers will learn how to increase their company value and potential sales price to the highest levels by reducing risk

Even if a dealer’s decision to sell is years away, the time to start maximizing the value of their company, freeing up the owner’s time, and preparing for a successful future sale is now.  KEEP IN MIND: Once dealers build a company they can sell, they may not want to!  Class Includes: A detailed planning workbook, BDR’s company strength and weakness assessment, a business sale checklist, and glossary of specialized terms used in class

DATE: Thursday, January 21st & Friday, January, 22nd, 2021 (2 Days – must attend both days to receive credit)
TIME: Day 1 & Day 2:  7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Class starts promptly at 7:30 AM)

LOCATION: This is a LIVE ONLINE class and attendance is required for both days in order to receive credit for the class. At least 1 day prior to the event students will be provided a link with instructions for attending the live online session.

CERTIFICATION: 16 hours of FAD Factory Credit

COST: $580


CLASS MIN: There needs to be a minimum of 25 students enrolled in order to hold the class. Class is subject to cancellation and can open to other distributors in order to fill the class.

CLASS CANCELLATION: If you register for a class and cannot attend, please make sure you e-mail emarketing@airefco.com to avoid a cancellation fee. Dealerships will be charged according to the cancellation schedule listed below for individuals who do not cancel.
*  15 days prior to scheduled class = Full tuition refund
*  5-14 days prior to scheduled class = 50% of Full tuition refund
*  5 day prior to scheduled class = No refund
*  If we are able to fill your spot with another student, you will not be billed for cancellations.
