Becoming a new Manager is a challenge that requires new skills, new learning, and a new approach. Simply promoting your top-performing Technician, Installer, or Salesperson without training will not get the job done, and only sets the employee up to fail.
Creating the Next Generation of Company Managers will show new Managers how to transition from being an Employee and succeed in their new role. Owners who are adding their first Manager will find out how they can set up their team member to win.
DATE: Tuesday, November 17th AND Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 (2 Days – must attend both days to receive credit)
LOCATION: This is a LIVE ONLINE class and attendance is required for both days in order to receive credit for the class. At least 1 day prior to the event students will be provided a link with instructions for attending the live online session.
CERTIFICATION: 16 hours of FAD Factory Credit
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Owners, Lead Service & Install Technicians, HR Professionals, Service & Install Managers
CLASS MIN: There needs to be a minimum of 25 students enrolled in order to hold the class. Class is subject to cancellation and can open to other distributors in order to fill the class.
CLASS CANCELLATION: If you register for a class and cannot attend, please make sure you e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid a cancellation fee. Dealerships will be charged according to the cancellation schedule listed below for individuals who do not cancel.
