I acknowledge that my company will be billed $35 per student if i require NATE credit. If you do not require NATE credit the class is free, and you will not be billed. If you cannot attend, please e-mail rebecca.roberson@ferguson.com as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. • > 15 days prior to scheduled class = Full tuition refund • 5-14 days prior to scheduled class = 50% of Full tuition refund • <5 day prior to scheduled class = No refund NOTE: If we are able to fill your spot with another student, you will NOT be billed a cancellation fee.
