I understand that the Airefco Powered by Ferguson may use my name, voice, photograph, and likeness for commercial purposes, and I waive any right to compensation for such use. I also release the Airefco Powered by Ferguson from any liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of my name, voice, photograph, or likeness.”
