VFD Installation and Programming 8507-0031 (Spokane)

For good and valuable consideration, including my attendance at and/or participation in the event hosted by Airefco, Inc, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree to the following: I consent to and grant Airefco, Inc and its affiliates, assigns, licensees, agents, representatives and all persons or entities acting with Airefco, Inc's permission or upon Airefco, Inc's authority, the perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use my image, portrait, likeness or other image(s) of myself, possessions or other property and/or my name, signature, biography, quotes, endorsements or testimonials made by me (my “Image”) in any manner or media now known or later developed, for the marketing and sale of Airefco, Inc products and services and for any other business purpose or activity relating to Airefco, Inc. I waive any right to inspect or approve Airefco, Inc's use of my Image, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. I represent and warrant that I have the full right to grant all of the rights provided in this agreement. I shall have no legal claim arising out of any use, editing or distortion of my Image. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, estate, insurers, successors and assigns, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Airefco, Inc and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, with respect to any and all claims or causes of actions arising out of Airefco, Inc's use of my Image, whether or not arising from the negligence of Airefco, Inc to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT. I SIGN THIS RELEASE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR COERCION.
